Triple system of Vedantha
Study of philosophy is incomplete without the knowledge of vedantha in its triple setting
- adhvaitha ; dvaitha ; visishtadvaitha
Sri Bhashyakara synthesized the advaitha and dvaitha to form a new philosophy called emberumanaar darshanam.

Binna jiva gana haronuchara neechocha bavam gata :
Mukthirnaijasukanuboti:amala bakthischatat sathanam
Hyakshatitritayam pramanamakila amnayayaigavedthyo hari :
Paratavam ------- hari: svathanthran[independent] vibu [omnipresent]
Jagath --------- satyam[truth]
Jivas--------------
· self luminous
· innumarable[countless
· anu[atomic] varies paramatma
· varies paramatma . distinctions among them [svarupa bedam]
· Pancha bedam[as in bodage so in liberation]
· Doctrine of thrividhyam [three types of aspirants]

1. deva ganam[brahma vayu]
2. rishiganam[narathar sanakathiyar]
3. pihtru ganam[chiratigal]
4. chakrarthy ganam[ragu ambareeshan]
5. manushyothama ganam[thrunam athrunam]
[B] nithya samsari
[C] tamo yokyar
Taithyas asuras pichasaras manushya atamar
Means----------- Upasanam[pure devotion]
Liberation------- Anantha tharathamyam

Brahmaigamparamartha sathtathitaranmaya mayathvan mrusha
Brahmaivaigamupati pimpithamatho jevesa bavam gata:
branthis sasmrutirasya tatprasamanammukthistatapyathmano
brahmaikyavagamathsruti sravanajatithyahuradvaitina :
The philosophy of advaitha:
brahmaigam-------------- nirasrayam&nirvisesha gnana mathra brahmam
An unmodified & attributeless conciousness is alone the
ultimate reality.
paramartika sath--------- Reality has two tiers-
. vyavakarika sath-the apparently real
· pamarthiga sath-the truly real
Sajadiya rahitham—no identical substance other than atma &
Vijadiya rahitam—non identical substances other than atma
Svagata beda rahitham—no attributes within atma
Tathitaranmayamrusha ----- brahma vyatiriktha vastu is unreal[maya]
Brahmaivaikamupati bimbitamathojivesa bavam gata: [theory of adyasam]
. Jagat----maya karyam
. Easvaran-upati the product of ignorance
. Jivas - upati
brantis samsrutis asya --- atman is self luminous-pure conscious without being

Samsaram---------------- Beda darsan - due to bramam
Tat prasamanammukth: ------------- avidya nivruthti itself moksham
Tatab yathmano brahmaikyaavagamath sruti sravana jath -----
attains through brahma gnanam [vakya janya gnanam once]
Sri bashyakara siddhantham
Srimal lakshmana yoginastu buvanam satyam tateesa:sraya:
Kantho brahma sayeva sokilatanu:binnas tata:chetana:
Satya samsmriti reesa nigraha krutamukthistu bakthyatina
Tat prapti:parame patetatanu buthyakyeti sanjchakshate
Buvanam------------------- satyam [real]
Tateesa: kantha:----------- sriman narayanan [the non-dual all inclusive qualified whole]
Brahma sa yeva----------- jagath karanam [creater&withdrawer]
That out of which all beings come-in which they all subsist and in to which they are withdrawn is brahmam
Sa: akila tanu: ------------ aathara—aateyam, niyantru- niyamyam, sesha-seshi
sareerathma bavam-prakara-prakari, inseparable & integral union.
Binna jiva gana:---------- varies from paramatma
Satya samsruti--- kruta --------avidhya karma vasana ruchi prakruti sambantham , real due to esvara nigraha sankalpam
mukthi:----------------- bagavatanubhava kainkaryam
means ------------------ bakthi yoga for sakinchanan[athikruta atikaram]
arthithvam &samarthyam[gnana sakthi vairagya ]
prapathi for akinchanan[sarvatikaram]
karpanyam
The work brings out the teachings of Sri Ramanuja as summarized above and it mediates between monism and monotheism.
